How does Redon Lithium position itself to meet the increasing demand for EV batteries?
Currently the capacity at Redon is 130 mega watt , we are coming up with a new plant in north with multifold capacity, total capacity reaching to around 1 Giga watt. This plant is going to be completely automated. We are investing heavily in technical team. Our quality is going to be at par with European and other standards

Standardisation of sizes, chemistry of the battery are challenge. The demand of sizes and chemistry are different from almost all vehicle manufacturer, if this is standardised, technical team can work harder to improve on specs of battery continuously for new versions. Redon has all zero pollution plant, complying to PCCB rules. The old batteries are collected and sent for recycling as per the compliances of Indian government laws.
